Lynne M. Spangler is a Member of the law firm of Harvey, Ballard & Bornstein, LLC and practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, special needs planning, specials needs trusts and related tax planning.
Ms. Spangler received her juris doctorate degree from Villanova School of Law in 1993, after which she practiced as an associate in the trusts and estates department of Pepper Hamilton, LLP for almost seven years. Lynne then served as Vice President of Client Relations at U.S. Trust Company in Wayne, Pennsylvania, where she acted as liaison between high net worth investment clients and their estate and tax planning counsel. Most recently, Lynne was Of Counsel to the estates and special needs planning department of McAndrews Law Offices, in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
Lynne has written numerous articles, including "To Change or Not to Change: Is an Irrevocable Trust Set in Stone," and "Should I leave my Retirement Assets to a Special Needs Trust?"
Before attending law school, Lynne worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and as an internal auditor for the Atlantic City Electric Company.
